20 fully funded places available on Surrey Construction Skills Bootcamp, starting Monday 23 November 2026 in Horley, delivered by Road to Logistics C.I.C. in partnership with Canning & Coyle, this programme offers a practical introduction to construction for adults who are unemployed, considering a career change or looking for a fresh start.
This is more than a training opportunity — the aim is to help people progress into sustainable employment.
Learners will benefit from:
Fully funded construction training – no course fees for eligible participants.
Health and safety Level 1 Certification and CSCS preparation – developing the knowledge needed to access construction sites.
Employability and interview support – helping learners build confidence and prepare for recruitment.
Employer interviews – access to our network of construction employers across Surrey, with opportunities for interviews and progression being developed.

Week 1: Monday 23 – Friday 27 November 2026
Week 2: Monday 30 November – Friday 4 December 2026
Time: 9.30am – 4.00pm daily

Who can apply?
Adults aged 19 or over, living in an eligible Surrey area, with the right to work in the UK and meeting the programme’s funding requirements.
No previous construction experience is necessary.
