What does the support look like?
Connect to Work Employment Specialists will work with you on a one-to-one basis to help you get into work quickly. You can expect to start engaging with employers within 4 weeks of joining the programme, with the help and support of your Employment Specialist.
The Employment Specialist will help you to develop key skills, identify suitable jobs, support with applications and interview preparation. Your Employment Specialist will stay with you throughout every step of your journey to help smooth your transition into work and help address any issues or concerns you have. Once you get into work, they can also give you and your employer the support you need to succeed in work.
